Order Info

Prints up to A4 size [11" x 14" mount size] can be purchased directly from my website, see below for ordering and delivery info.

Please note, the information below applies to goods purchased from my website only, not goods purchased through Zazzle or Redbubble.

How To Order

You can use the shopping cart to pay securely through PayPal by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal balance. However, you do not need a PayPal account to use the shopping cart facility - You can still pay by debit or credit card at the checkout even if you don't have a PayPal account.

To purchase goods from this website, click the 'add to cart' button next to the item required. You can alter and view the contents of your cart by clicking the 'view shopping bag' icon which is located on the left of all pages. Once you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's secure site to complete your purchase. I do not see your card details at any time.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order [mainland UK only] please contact me listing the title of the item, size, and price, instead of using the shopping cart. A confirmation invoice and payment details will be emailed to you. Please allow an additional 5-7 working days after receipt of payment for goods to be dispatched if you are paying by cheque or postal order.

Delivery Info

Mainland UK addresses - Orders and combined orders under £40 [excluding p&p] will be sent 1st class recorded delivery. Orders and combined orders over £40 [excluding p&p] will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery unless specified otherwise.

Addresses outside mainland UK - Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail unless specified otherwise.

Items are usually dispatched within 5 working days after payment has cleared. However, If I am waiting for inks, paper, mounts, or packaging materials, dispatch may take a little longer. I will email and let you know if this is the case.

I'm happy to combine postage rates wherever possible - If you are ordering multiple prints, please contact me listing the titles, sizes, and prices, instead of using the shopping cart. A confirmation invoice and payment details will be emailed to you.

A signature will be required upon delivery for all orders sent to mainland UK addresses. Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly when you place an order as replacements or refunds cannot be issued for lost items if you have provided incorrect delivery details.

If you would like your order dispatched to a different address, please contact me before purchasing.

Packaging materials are reused and recycled where possible. Please reuse, rehome, or recycle after use.

Returns

Damaged Goods:

All orders are checked before dispatch and packed throughly in a sturdy mailing envelope or box. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Please do not discard the damaged item or the original packaging as no replacement or refund can be given without these.

Replacements or refunds will be issued once the damaged item has been processed.

As all of my polymer clay creations are one-of-a-kind, refunds only can be issued for polymer clay orders damaged during transit, no replacements are available.

Lost Or Delayed Items:

I will email you to let you know when your order is on it's way. Orders sent to mainland UK can be tracked online at the Royal Mail website using the reference number in your dispatch confirmation email.

Royal Mail will not consider an item to be delayed or lost until 15 working days after the delivery due date. If you have not received your order after 15 working days, please track your item online, check with your local Royal Mail delivery office, and ask neighbours if they have taken delivery of your order, as all orders dispatched to mainland UK addresses require a signature upon delivery. If you still cannot locate your item, please contact me.

Unwanted Items:

If you are unhappy with a purchase from this website, simply contact me within 2 days of receipt to arrange a return.

Unwanted items must be return within 7 days, unopened, in their original, saleable condition, packed in the original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs. Please use a recorded delivery service to return an item as no refund can be issued for items lost or damaged during transit if proof of posting has not been obtained.

Refunds will be given less postage costs and PayPal fees [where applicable] once the returned item has been processed.
